ওয়াদুদ সোহেল মোল্লা  বরিশালে নগরীর উদীয়মান তরুণ একজন  সংগঠক । ১৯৮৮ সালের ১৫ অক্টোবর  তিনি বরিশাল নগরীর রুপাতলী এলাকায় মোল্লাবাড়ী  পৈত্রিক নিবাসে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন।

মোল্লা পরিব‍ারের বড় সন্তান ওয়াদুদ সোহেল মোল্লার পিতা মোকলেসুর রহমান মোল্লা।  তার দাদা মোতাহার আলী মোল্লা সাবেক ভারপ্রাপ্ত চেয়ারম্যান বরিশাল সদর উপজেলা জাগুয়া ইউনিয়ন।

বয়সে অনেকের চেয়ে অনুজ হলেও  কর্ম-দক্ষতা কারণে ওয়াদুদ সোহেল মোল্লা বরিশালের শহরের  রুপাতলীতে একটি আলোচিত নাম।

ওয়াদুদ সোহেল মোল্লা  বরিশাল চেম্বার অপ কমার্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রির সদস্য।  ঠিকাদারি প্রতিষ্ঠান এস এম বিল্ডার্স এন্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এর ঠিকাদার বা স্বত্বাধিকারী। রিয়েল এস্টেট অ্যান্ড হাউজিং ও জমি ক্রয় বিক্রয়’র সাথে জড়িত।
